WoW patch 5.0.4 will allow players to play any race regardless of x-pak

Slightly long drawn out title, but it is correct. World of Warcraft patch 5.0.4 will allow players to play any race regardless of expansion pack. So vannila players can use the Pandaran race being added in Mists of Pandaria. Patch 5.0.4 is the WoW patch that adds all the new spellls, system changes, and basicly everything but the new zone and class. Personally this is a great move by Blizzard, and I may play this patch when it releases on August 28. Oh wait. No I wont. That is Guild Wars 2, and the Diablo 3 patch's release date!
