Diablo 3 update to make Legendary Items better

Diablo 3 patch 1.0.4 is coming soon. It among other AMAZING changes (Co-op magic find calcluated diffrently) will be making Legendarys epic. Sebastian can testify. I was ranting on the amazing legendaries yesterday when the news was announced. Actually this news was one of the main reasons I created this blog.
Well Legendarys in Diablo 3 now have unique item models. They are also way more powerfull. They drop as Ilvl 63 now. (YES!!!) They also more importantly have unique proc effects. For instance you can get Legendary boots, that make it so you leave fire when you walk. Or a Legendary chest, that increases gold find by 100% and chance for enemy to drop gold on hit.
