Wii U Price and Release date- Novemeber 18 in US

There has been LOTS of Wii U news today! Basicly as I said here. The Wii U release date and price have been announced today. Also game-lineups and stuff like that have been announced. Lets begin with the news should we?

Wii U priced, launching November 18 in US
Nintendo's Wii U console will launch on November 18 in the United States, with a price of 300$ for 8GB basic white, and $350 for a black 32GB Deluxe version.

Wii U will come out in Japan on December 8. It will cost in ¥31,500 in Japan for a black 32GB Premium set, and ¥26,250 for the white 8GB Basic set.

Wii U will come out in Europe on November 20, wierdly sooner then Japan. Its cost is un-announced.

On the hardware side, Nintendo revealed the console has 2GB of RAM, with games using 1GB and system memory occupying the remainder. Game discs have a 25GB capacity.


The 8GB Basic set includes a white console, matching white GamePad, AC adapters for both console and GamePad, Sensor Bar and an HDMI cable. Meanwhile, the black 32GB Deluxe set includes Nintendo Land, stands for both the console and the GamePad, a GamePad charging cradle and everything else that normally comes in the Basic set. Purchasing the Deluxe set also includes membership in the "Deluxe Digital Promotion," which rewards points for digital purchases that can later be used to buy eShop wares.
